The focus was on \u0161tuklji (a traditional Slovenian dish) as a protected product and issues related to branding, innovation, and the integration of local providers. I participated in the event as a program moderator and also provided support to the Dobrote Dolenjske team in shaping their media image and key communication messages. The conference confirmed the ambition for Dolenjska to become a more recognizable gastronomic destination with more high-profile and authentic events and a comprehensive tourist
